Little Smiles acts as a silent checkbook for the dedicated frontline professionals — doctors, nurses, child life specialists, and social workers — who know exactly what their patients need most. With their guidance, we strive to help kids escape their unfortunate circumstances, even if only for a short period of time.

We fulfill special requests and host meaningful experiences that bring comfort, laughter, and normalcy to children and families during challenging times. Whether we’re stocking a snack pantry, celebrating a holiday, or granting a special wish, our mission is simple: deliver whatever is needed to make a difference in a child’s life.
Junk Food Runs​​
Every month, Little Smiles hits the road for our legendary Junk Food Runs — and trust us, these are the best kind of supply drops! We load up our carts at Restaurant Depot with all the treats everyone secretly wants in theirs — Oreos, Doritos, Ruffles, Cheez-Its, Goldfish, popcorn, and so much more. Then we pick up fresh, hot pizzas and head straight to the hospital.

We deliver the goods (and plenty of smiles) to the incredible kids, families, and staff at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Shriners Hospital for Children, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and Nemours Children’s Health.

It’s a simple idea that makes a big impact — a little comfort food, a lot of laughter, and a reminder that even in tough times, joy can always find a way in.
Family Fun Nights
At Little Smiles, we believe joy is the best medicine — and sometimes, the biggest smiles happen when everyone comes together. Through our Family Fun Nights, we bring laughter, music, and play to families staying at the Ronald McDonald Houses in Philadelphia, Camden, and Wilmington, as well as at Visitation Home Shelter, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, and Shriners Hospital for Children.

Each event is a chance for families to take a break from treatment, stress, and uncertainty — and simply have fun. Whether we’re hosting a lively game of Bingo, a round of Quizzo, or an all-out Karaoke night, every smile reminds us what we’re here for.
We’ve even added a special twist with our Kids Karaoke & Kuts events, where young patients can belt out their favorite tunes and leave with fresh haircuts and even fresher confidence. It’s all about connection, community, and creating moments that matter.

Fundraisers
As a volunteer driven organization, there is only so much we can do! Let's talk about ways that you can help us! Her are some ideas: Organize a 5K, host a sports tournament, manage a golf outing! The possibilities are endless when we work together!
For 20 years, our work has put a smile on many of the kids faces who are experiencing tragedy, trauma and serious illness! We work directly with the following organizations, hospitals and shelters:
